低脂鲜虾豆腐煲

食材
虾·····················250克
金针菇···················1包
日本豆腐·················5根
姜蒜末···················适量
小米辣葱花··············适量
番茄酱····················一勺
蚝油·······················一勺
生抽·······················两勺
盐····················少许
淀粉··················一勺
步骤

1.虾仁去虾壳虾线备用,金针菇洗净撕开备用。

2.日本豆腐切块,裹上玉米淀粉,锅中热油,放入小锅慢煎制两面金黄色捞出,倒入虾仁炒至变色盛起备用。

3.锅底依次放入金针菇➕豆腐➕虾仁,放入姜蒜片➕调好的酱汁,加入适量水,盖上锅盖煮开后转慢炖,炖5分钟,撒上小米辣葱花就可以啦。
