李医生在上海市三甲医院从事教学、科研、临床工作近30年，对糖尿病、肥胖病、脂肪肝、痛风、女性多囊卵巢综合征等内分泌代谢性疾病及甲状腺疾病的诊治经验丰富，尤其擅长糖尿病及其慢性并发症的诊治。
李慧医生主编《实用临床肥胖病学》专著1部，参编专著多部；以第一责任人承担上海市科委基金2项；曾以第一作者、通讯作者在国内外期刊发表学术论文30余篇（其中SCI收录5篇）；她也是Diabetes Care中文版编委及《第二军医大学学报》特约审稿人。
Dr. Catherine Li is currently a physician in Endocrinology and Metabolism at SinoUnited Health. She earned her medical doctor's degree from the Second Military Medical University in China.
Dr. Li has been engaged in teaching, research, and clinical practice for nearly 30 years in Shanghai Grade A tertiary hospital. She has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of endocrine metabolic diseases and thyroid diseases such as diabetes, obesity, fatty liver, gout, and female polycystic ovary syndrome. Her special expertise is the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes and its chronic complications.
Dr. Catherine Li participated in the editing of many monographs and she is the chief editor for "Practical Clinical Obesity". She has led two funds of Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and published more than 30 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals as the primary author or corresponding author (including 5 papers included in SCI). She serves in the editorial board for the Chinese version of “Diabetes Care” and is the special reviewer of the Journal of the Second Military Medical University.
