「人」是勃艮第葡萄酒众多因素中多变的因素。一款酒，即使准确的知道它的年份与产自哪个Climat，也无法判定它的风格，因为这一小块Climat可能由7、8个酒农分属。因此，大部分勃艮第葡萄酒在新酒时便被酒商或装瓶商从酒农手中买走，混合同一产区的其他葡萄酒一同上市。

但如今，越来越多受人爱戴的酒农开始了小酒商的自有品牌模式。8月23日，在葡道「勃艮第的朝拜」品鉴会中，您将品尝到葡道的新朋友墨陇加西(Moron Garcia)，马克海斯玛(Mark Haisma)，达威慕莱(David Moret)，以及我们的老朋友梯贝酒庄(Thibault Liger-BelairLes)，它们都是精品小酒商的优秀代表。除此之外，您还能喝到诸如德安侯爵(Marquis d'Angerville)，科瑟(Domaine de Courcel)等名声在外的酒庄。

The seemingly unremarkable vineyards in the Burgundy region remain a source of awe for wine lovers, as Burgundy wines are unpredictable and therefore mysterious. The topsoil and deeper soil of Burgundy have been analyzed extensively, while the local temperature, humidity and wind direction have also been thoroughly studied - yet the region's mystery remains indecipherable.

「People」 is a variable factor among the many factors that determine Burgundy wines. For any given wine, even if you know its harvest year and Climat (micro-climate), you won't be able to predict its style, because one small area of a certain climat may be cultivated by seven or eight wine growers with different outcomes. Therefore, wine négociants and bottlers generally buy new Burgundy wines straight from the wine growers and blend them with other wines from the same area before bringing them to market.

But now, these small and dedicated wine growers have taken to launching their own brands and acting as micro-négociants. On August 23, at the Explore the Prestigious Burgundy wine tasting , you will have a chance to taste wines from these new players such as Moron Garcia, Mark Haisma and David Moret, as well as our old friend Thibault Liger-BelairLes - all of them good micro-négociants.
