冥想起源于东方古老智慧,有着数千年的历史。

冥想(meditation),与医药(medical)和医治(medicated)取自同一英文词根,

其本意有关注某物之意。

冥想,是一种对心灵的训练方法,通过将专注力源源不断的聚焦于内在焦点,

使我们超越波澜起伏的心灵低级层次,达至更高的意识维度。精神的专注和

超越本身就带来疗愈。

长期练习冥想,将会:

精力充沛。失眠、压力、焦虑、抑郁、负面情绪问题得到明显改善。

情绪稳定。负面情绪少,心态平和、善于沟通与倾听、同理心强、人际关系变得更好。

Course 1 [Meditation]

Meditation originated from the ancient wisdom of the East and has a history of thousands of years.  The word “meditation”, derived from the same English root as “medical” and “medicated”, means paying attention to something.

Meditation is an approach to training the mind. By continuously concentrating on the inner focus, we transcend the turbulent lower levels of the mind and reach higher dimensions of consciousness. Mental concentration and transcending have a healing effect perse. 

 

Regular practice of meditation will make you

Energetic. Insomnia, stress, anxiety, depression, and negative emotional problems will be alleviated. 

Emotionally stable. Fewer negative emotions, peace of mind, good communication skills, empathy, and better interpersonal relationships.

Good at learning. The improvement of concentration will stimulate potential and develop learning ability, creativity, and leadership.

Broad-minded. Thinking ability and problem-solving skills will be improved.

瑜伽修行者 冥想导师 师承于喜马拉雅瑜伽冥想传承(The Himalayan Tradition of Yoga Meditation)

自2005年开始练习瑜珈,并一路追寻瑜珈修行真义,先后游走于印度、巴厘岛、西藏跟随大师深入学习。获得国内外多项瑜珈师资格证书。至今专职教授瑜伽冥想9年。指导冥想练习近1000+人次,累计时长1200+小时。

翻译出版了《全方位瑜伽基本功》一书,以及喜马拉雅瑜伽传承学院的中级培训教材。

 

悦心老师本科毕业于上海财经大学,后留美攻读硕士学位,并有7年任职于世界五百强企业的工作经历。于32岁时实现生命的转型,全职教授瑜伽冥想,期间常年往返于印度游学,并于中科院心理学博士班进修。喜爱文学与中国传统文化。因其扎实的学养、东西方的教育背景、丰富的人生经历以及对现代人生活方式的理解,擅长于以贴近生活的方式与诗意的语言表达深奥的瑜伽哲理,具有启发心灵的能力,受到学员们的喜爱。

 

【Course Instructor: Yue Xin】

l  Yoga practitioner, meditation instructor, trained by the Himalayan Tradition of Yoga Meditation

l  Started to practice yoga in 2005 and pursued the true meaning of yoga practice all the way through India, Bali, and Tibet, learning from yoga masters. Obtained a number of yoga teacher qualification certificates in the country and abroad. Has been teaching yoga with a focus on meditation for 9 years. Guided meditations for nearly 1000 people, up to more than 1200 hours.

l  Translated and published the book Yoga: Mastering the Basics and the training materials of the Tradition Teacher training system.

 

Yuexin graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor's degree, and then studied in the United States for a master's degree. She has 7 years of working experiences in a Fortune 500 company. At the age of 32, she realized the transformation of her life by becoming a full-time yoga teacher. Since then, she has studied in India for yoga, and was trained in the doctoral program of psychology at the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

 

Yuexin has a penchant for literature and Chinese culture, and thanks to her education experience in both Eastern and Western countries, rich life experience and understanding of modern lifestyle, she is capable of expressing profound yoga philosophies poetically and in a down-to-earth manner, which proves quite inspiring and popular among students.
