葡道与High Class Spirits合作，推出「奇思妙想混合室」，制作属于您自己风格的杜松子酒。

杜松子酒是一种透明的烈酒，由谷物发酵后产生的酒精与一系列香辛料成分一同蒸馏而成。香辛料成分的配方各有不同，但法律规定其中必须含有的成分就是杜松子（Juniper）。可以说，杜松子酒的本质是纯酒精通过与一系列自然香辛料再次蒸馏，从而制成的风味烈酒。

掌握风味的钥匙，这次握在您的手中。葡道的「奇思妙想混合室」的任务之一，便是揭开神秘的蒸馏过程，了解原料组成与蒸馏方法的毫厘差异造成的细微差别。任务之二，是在制作您自己风格的烈酒中，收获满满快乐。在课上，您将掌握杜松子酒从发酵到混合、装瓶等一系列工艺。

每个报名「奇思妙想混合室」活动的人，都将在活动当日获得一个工作包，里面包含9种材料，如杜松子、香菜籽、当归、甘草和肉桂等。我们将在您熟悉每种原料的味道后，通过反复的试验，探索您自己喜爱的混合味道。当您完成作品成为一名“蒸馏大师”时，您还能在「奇思妙想混合室」将自己的奇思妙想延伸，调制自己喜爱的鸡尾酒。

每位参与者在蒸馏结束后，都将获得一瓶375毫升、三瓶50毫升的杜松子酒。或自留纪念或伴手礼赠予亲朋，是不是饱含爱与诗意呢？

Pudao in partnership with High Class Spirits Co. are proud to bring to you The Blending Room, a chance for you to learn about and make your very own gin.

The mission of The Blending Room is to the process of distillation and bring you closer to the methods, ingredients and nuances that makes some of your favorite types of spirits. During the class you will be walked through what it takes to make gin from fermentation to blending and bottling. 

Each person will be given a work station with 9 different distillates infused with single ingredients such as juniper, coriander seed, angelica, licorice and cassia cinnamon. After learning the flavours imparted by each, you will then through trial and error work on developing your very own blend. You will also be able to enjoy some of your own cocktails while you learn to become a master distiller.

Each person will be able to bottle themselves a 375ml bottle to take home as well as 3 x 50ml bottles to send to your friends and family.
