Characteristics：The  Chambertin Clos-de-Bèze Grand Cru matures in 25% whole bunches and matured in 80% new oak. It has a very intense bouquet with blackberry, briary and crushed stone aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with a little oak to be subsumed on the entry (normal for this Grand Cru) with a broody and dense, quite muscular finish that will require several years to soften. Maybe the Clos de Vougeot and Bonnes-Mares demonstrate more personality at the moment? One for the long-haul.

Characteristics：Limpid and brilliant, the Domaine's Chapelle-Chambertin has a woody vanilla nose with a slight floral touch. On the palate, its controlled and subtle tannins ensure elegance, subtlety and a majestic quality and its aromatic subtlety suggests fruit, spices and wood. Its pure features convey plenty of style. The tannins are tender and supple. However, we are brought back to order by its complexity and mineral liveliness on the finish.

Characteristics：The nose is explosive and aromatic.  It reveals notes of sweet spices, ripe fruit and slight oaky notes.  The mouth is quite elegant.  It expresses notes of red fruits, ripe strawberry, blackberry and slight notes of blueberry pie associated with a touch of cassis and subtle oaky notes.  The tannins are fine .
