前些日子去酒庄拜访，容老爷子一脚泥的进屋脱鞋，袜子遮不住脚趾头。容老夫人抱怨说：”每天3万多步，人说酿酒费钱费事，我觉得最费的是鞋！“这样的酒庄，讨人喜欢的远不只是那几瓶酒。

Helan Qingxue Vineyard, the first demonstration vineyard in Ningxia, is located at the foot of Helan mountain at an altitude of 1,138 meters. With a 2.6-hectare vineyard of Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Marselan, Malbec among other varieties, the winery produces60,000 bottles of wines per year.
In 2005, two legendary figures in the local wine industry, Rong Jian and Wang Fengyu, accompanied by a young winemaker, Zhang Jing, founded the winery, inviting Professor Li Demei to be their wine consultant.
