都说吃喝不分家，在葡道有好酒当然也不能缺了好吃的，为了满足酒友们高贵的味蕾，我们联合“法酪小屋”特意举办了这场“法国奶酪与葡萄酒搭配”的品鉴会，所谓吃吃喝喝两手抓，两手都要硬！

在以往无数次的品鉴会中我们可能都会听过“奶酪”是葡萄酒的绝佳拍档，那么问题来了，单单在法国就有300多种奶酪，全世界的葡萄酒也有上千种之多，如何在“300”与“上千”的搭配中完成进阶，化身餐桌上的灵魂人物呢？答案就在这次品鉴会，精选了六款代表性的高品质法国奶酪（法国奶酪同样有AOC分级哦）与六款经典的萄萄酒。

We all know that cheese and wine are a perfect pair. So Pudao is teaming up with LA CRÈMERIE to launch a wine and cheese pairing party, so that you will not only enjoy the best wines but also the best wine and cheese pairings.

However, there are more than 300 types of cheeses in France alone and more than 1,000 wine varieties in the world. How is Pudao gonna pair 300 types of cheese with 1,000 wine varieties? The answer lies in this tasting party, which will offer six of the best-known French cheeses (which like French wines, also have a whole system of AOC) paired with six classic wines.

本次品鉴会，邀请了法酪小屋总经理刘冰怡，将在品鉴会开始时带领大家深度探索法国奶酪的前生今世和各异风格，一次性跨入“奶酪世界”的大门。而后，将由葡道首席侍酒师刘菲菲跟大家聊聊关于奶酪与葡萄酒的搭配，从侍酒师的角度出发，分享餐酒搭配的小秘密。此次活动仅限12席，预购速从。

Liu Bingyi, general manager of LA CRÈMERIE, will be present to introduce you to the world of cheeses and offer you a glimpse of the past and present of French cheeses and the complexity of cheese aroma. Besides, Liu Feifei, chief sommelier of Pudao, will share with you the secrets of cheese and wine pairings. The capacity is 12 seats.
