品酒笔记：淡金色泽，细腻的气泡。轻嗅，明亮的柑橘类如柠檬、橙皮及青苹果的味道。入口，以成熟苹果和梨的味道为主，再有一丝白桃和杏子气息，与烤奶油蛋卷、精致的甜香料味相得益彰。酒体优雅圆润，带有几分清爽活泼感，同时矿物余味在口中久久徘徊。

配餐：鱼类、清淡的肉类和奶酪等

关于2019年份

冬季的降雨使得葡萄藤在开春期间，充分利用良好的土壞湿度进行生长。春季期间的常规降雨，帮助葡萄藤保持了最佳的营养水平。6月底的干燥温暖天气，使得葡萄藤在短时间内开花、坐果。8月的好天气让葡萄园的果实持续健康成长。9、10月稍凉的天气，使得果实进入缓慢的成熟期。正是在比期间，葡萄形成了多种复杂的风味特征。收获季从9月底持续到10月中旬。

Characteristics：Light gold color, delicate bubbles. Light, bright citrus notes such as lemon, orange peel and green apple. The palate is dominated by notes of ripe apple and pear, with hints of white peach and apricot, complemented by a toasted brioche and delicate sweet spice. The wine is elegant and round, with a slight freshness and liveliness, while the mineral finish lingers in the mouth.

About 2019 year

The winter rains allow the vines to take full advantage of the good soil moisture during the beginning of spring. Regular rainfall during the spring season helps the vines maintain optimal nutrient levels. The dry and warm weather at the end of June allowed the vines to bloom and set fruit in a short period of time. The good weather in August allowed the vineyard to continue to grow healthily. The slightly cooler weather in September and October allowed the fruit to enter a slow ripening period. It is during this period that grapes develop a variety of complex flavor characteristics. The harvest lasts from late September to mid-October.
