Recover Gentle Flow

本课程专为当下特殊时期的我们而设计编排。不管你是否经受过病毒的折磨，现在是静下心来倾听身体的最好时机。课程节奏缓慢，强度低，在静态中找到稳定的呼吸，用呼吸引领身体的流动，在舒缓的流动中感受肌肉的力量与柔软，从而释放情绪与压力，身心合一，整套练习有助于心肺功能的恢复与增强及免疫系统的修复。

This class is designed for all of us at this moment during the special period. No matter have you been sick or not, it’s the best time to settle down here and listen to your body now. This practice will be slow and gentle, nice and easy. It helps you to find your deep and steady breath, build strength and mobility of your body to release your tension and stress out. The whole practice will recover and boost your heart and lung function, immune system as well.

2009年开始练习瑜伽，在2014年她完成了

美国Yogaworks200小时教师培训后，成为了瑜伽联盟的认证老师并开始授课。

作为一名瑜伽老师和瑜伽练习者，她从未间断地学习与探索，主要培训有：

作为一名瑜伽练习者，她认为瑜伽不仅仅是加强身体的灵活性与力量，更大的意义是在于激活和唤醒我们的身心，因而更加从容与自信地接纳自己及身边一切。作为瑜伽老师，她引导并鼓励学生在练习中探寻自我并寻找稳定，从而达到身体与心灵的统一，来拥抱生活中的不确定性。

Ocean 

Ocean was into yoga in 2009. She took 200hour teacher training from Yogaworks and became a Yoga Alliance-certified yoga teacher in 2014. And she never stop practice and exploring:
