香气浓郁、力道强劲，释放出以黑莓、蓝莓和黑橄榄为主导的黑果芳香，还混合着新鲜香料和精致香脂的香调，此外，酒中还点缀着在橡木桶陈酿期间获得的石墨和烤榛子的淡淡幽香。入口劲道十足，繁复多样，在紧致又细腻的单宁结构的支撑下，展露出迷人的浓郁度和丰腴的酒体。中段极为平衡，一种天然的清爽感烘托出一系列繁复的优雅风味，黑醋栗、黑莓和李子的香调与香料和胡椒感融为一体，一抹黑咖啡的幽香为一切锦上添花。余韵浓郁又平衡，夹带着悠长的黑果香。回味之间，释放出甘草、雪松和烤杏仁的香调。

Characteristics: 
The intense and powerful nose opens on black berry fruit aromas, especially blackberry, bilberry and black olive, then goes on to develop notes of fresh spice mingled with subtle balsamic and graphite notes alongside touches of toasted hazelnut from time spent in oak. The attack is powerful and complex, concentrated and very full, underpinned by close-knit and elegant tannins. The beautifully balanced mid-palate has a natural freshness, revealing a complex range of flavours in which blackcurrant, blackberry and Ente plum mingle elegantly with spice and pepper notes enhanced by a touch of ristretto. Concentrated and well-balanced, the long finish is marked by lingering black berry fruit flavours and echoes of liquorice, cedarwood and toasted almond.

“地中海”气候下的赤霞珠、品丽珠和西拉，得享夜间从安第斯山脉吹下、全年为谷地降温的冷风。这绝对是当地的一个决定性因素，特别是在夏季，谷地因此倍显清凉。这一现象从极大程度上拉开了昼夜之间的温差，为赤霞珠、品丽珠和西拉的成熟提供了理想条件。佳美娜和小维多同样得享“地中海”类气候，但这两类葡萄品种所在地的平均气温比赤霞珠、品丽珠和西拉地区会高出约1°C，从而保证了这两类晚熟品种能够获得最佳的成熟度。

赤霞珠、品丽珠和西拉的种植时间为1997、2003和2009年，选择的土壤为状态平衡的冲积土，由混合着粉质粘土的砂砾土、粉砂-粘土-砂土构成，母岩位于地下3米处。佳美娜和小维多则在1998年被种植于更为深厚的粘质土壤上，可以带来更为柔和又优雅的单宁结构。

Fascinated by the richness of Chile’s terroirs, Baroness Philippine decided in 1999 to make her own wine in the heart of the Maipo Valley. The terroir, with its ideal location and exceptional climate, coupled with Baron Philippe de Rothschild’s expertise in parcel selection and blending, create ideal conditions for making wines to the most exacting and rigorous standards.

Produced from a selection of the best micro-terroirs in the Chilean vineyard, Baronesa P. is the result of many years’ experience combined with a perfect understanding of the soils and command of the winemaking process.
