Characteristics：Brilliant pale straw colour with a gentle glimmer of green around the outskirts and a watery hue.  Delightful pear, tropical fruit and lime aromas fill the nostrils with subtle herbaceous grassy characters, light cedar and mineral notes also chiming in.  The delicious palate is layered with concentrated pear, lime and tropical fruit flavours which have a full supple feel.  Lurking underneath are delicate pencil shavings, herbaceous characters and an oyster shell like minerality.  Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a long intensely flavoured as well as beautifully textured aftertaste.
