酿造工艺：
带皮浸皮 18 至 20 天；酒精发酵在 1500 升橡木桶中进行，温度可控；苹果酸 - 乳酸发酵在 225 升橡木桶中进行；随后在 225 升橡木桶中陈酿 12 个月，再转入水泥罐中陈酿 4 个月；最后瓶中陈酿 12 个月。

品酒笔记：
2016 年份阿尔吉里奥(Argirio）葡萄酒呈鲜亮的宝石红色，带有紫色光泽。闻香以品丽珠(Cabernet Franc)的典型气息为主：青椒味率先展现，随后是深色浆果、巧克力与甘草的风味。酒体饱满，这得益于七八月的炎热天气。单宁结构清晰，但显得十分优雅圆润。余韵悠长，伴有法国烤橡木的气息。

Vinificazione:
Maceration on the skins for 18/20 days;alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in1500 litres Oak vats malolactic fermentation in 225litre barriques; 12 months of ageing in 225 litrebarriques, 4 months on cement Vats. 12 Months ofageing in bottles.

Characteristics:
Argirio 2016 has a bright ruby red colour with purplereflections.On the nose prevail the typical hints of Cabernet FrancaS: green pepper followed by dark fruit berries,chocolate and licorice. The wine has a full body. givenfrom the hot weather during July and August. Tanninsare Structured but they result very elegant androunded.The aftertaste is long with hints of toasted Frenchwood.
