The 3 plots composing Château L’Évêché are situated in the southern area of the Pomerol appellation. The château is located on the famous road to Saint Jacques de Compostelle.

Winemaking

The modern wine-growing techniques are adapted to each plot thus ensuring perfect ripeness of the harvest.The plots are sorted 2 weeks before harvesting so that the final batch stays free of undesirable rotten or green grapes.

Hand-harvested. Ageing in new oak barrels during 10 to 12 months, adapted to each vintage.

Wines from Château L’Évêché carry a beautiful deep color with magnificent purple-blue hues. As for the taste, harmony and balance are always a great value. Silky tannins and long after-taste.

Finesse and elegancy are coming with age. The wine are becoming then balanced, rich and well rounded, with deep and persistent aromas.
