地理起源：桑特奈（Santenay）位于科多尔省（Côte d’Or）博讷丘（Côte de Beaune）南端，392 公顷的葡萄园覆盖塞讷山（Mont-de-Sène）的低坡，绵延 15 公里。
土壤：葡萄藤生长于东南朝向的山坡，土壤由棕色石灰岩构成，底土为碎裂的中下层侏罗纪岩层。
酿造工艺：在 20°C 控温不锈钢罐中采用传统工艺酿造。酒液在橡木桶中进行酒泥陈酿并搅拌（25%-30% 新橡木桶），陈酿时长 12-14 个月。

Geographical：Located in the Côte d’Or department at the southern extremity of origin the Côte de Beaune, the 392 ha of Santenay’s vines cover the lower slopes of the Mont-de-Sène, running 15 km in length.
Soil ：The vines grow on southeast-facing slopes in soil composed of brown limestone with fractionated subsoil dating back to the Middle and Lower Jurassic.
Vinification：Traditional vinification in temperature-controlled tanks at 20° C. Aged on the lees and stirred in oak barrels (25 to 30% new oak) for 12 to 14 months.
Characteristics： Beautiful pale yellow in colour with silver highlights. e Fresh and delicate with predominant aromas of white blossoms such as hawthorn and honeysuckle, a touch of lychee and some mineral nuances. Coherence with the nose expressing a harmonized floral profile. Leaves a lovely sensation of ftreshness on the finish.
