Bouchard Père et Fils 是一个规模庞大且历史悠久的勃艮第葡萄酒庄园，位于Beaune。它是Côte d'Or最大的葡萄园所有者，生产 100 多种葡萄酒，主要由黑比诺或霞多丽制成，其范围还包括Maconnais, Côte Chalonnaise and Beaujolais地区的产区。

自 2005 年以来，Bouchard 的葡萄酒一直在 Savigny-lès-Beaune 的一家定制酒厂酿造。如果需要在橡木桶中陈酿，葡萄酒会在位于博讷城堡（Château de Beaune）总部的 4000 桶酒窖中在橡木桶中陈酿，该酒窖的历史可以追溯到 15 世纪。

葡萄园总面积约为 130 公顷（320 英亩），分布在 450 块土地上，其中包括 12 公顷（30 英亩）的特级园和 74 公顷（183 英亩）的一级园，以及四个单极葡萄园。 Bouchard 生产来自勃艮第一些最著名的葡萄园的葡萄酒，包括 Montrachet、Corton-Charlemagne 和 Chambertin。

The white wine produced by Puligny-Montrachet is bright golden yellow, slightly greenish light, and the wine color will become deeper with the increase of time, exuding hawthorn flowers, ripe grapes, marzipan, hazelnut, amber, The aroma of lemongrass and green apple, the aromas of dairy products (butter, hot croissant), minerals and honey are also more common, and the taste is more concentrated and clear. 

普里尼-蒙哈榭所产的白葡萄酒呈明快的金黄色，略泛绿色的光芒，酒色会随着时间的增加而变得更加深厚，散发出山楂花、熟葡萄、杏仁蛋白软糖、榛子、琥珀、柠檬草和青苹果的芳香，奶制品（黄油、热羊角包）、矿物质和蜂蜜的香气也较为普遍，味道较为浓缩明确。
