品酒笔记：开头带有轻微的矿物感以及还原带来的打火石味，火柴盒一点燃，突然香气像是在鼻尖引爆一般，矿物化作星点扩散，接引清澈透亮的白桃、葡萄柚、酸苹果、柠檬和轻微热带果味，接骨木花、金银花等小白花绽开，清新而安静，新鲜的迷迭香和轻微的木质，后段有着充满汁水感的水蜜桃味，整体香气在纵向上富有层次。喝起来集中而平静，酸度高而牵引其骨鲠感，类似轻微木质纤维在纵向延伸，扩散着花香，有些岩骨花香的意味在。果味多变，桃子在口中展现出多种形态，葡萄柚、柠檬等，富有表现力又轻盈，在后段随着新鲜香草和奶油收束味纤细，收尾很长。

Characteristics:At the beginning, it has a slight sense of mineral and the flint taste brought by the reduction.
