雨耶酒庄是最著名的酿制Vouvray白葡萄酒的酒厂，同时也是醉好的! 小山园是在其法定产区里最被珍视的葡萄园之一，代表其不朽的历史和传世的佳酿。八公顷多卵石的燧石土壤和深绿色粘土为白诗南品种提供了一个独特的表现。如此优质的土壤为其带来合适的新鲜以及矿物质感，出色的酸度支持下充分诠释了其精致的结构。

Le Mont葡萄酒通常是庄园中最含蓄的，但随着陈年会发展出最强烈的香气。柠檬和葡萄柚的香气，以及茴香、茴芹和孜然的微妙气息，与石英石和火山玄武岩的矿物调性特有的混合果香。以矿物质为驱动，具有水晶般的纯净度，这正是我们对Le Mont所依赖的精准度。

Le Mont: Nine hectares which deliver intensity and minerality, with  refined structure and acidity. 

Characteristics:
Huet is the most famous producer of Vouvray and the Best!! Le Mont is one of the most cherished vineyards in the appellation for its noble history and eternal wines. Eight hectares of pebbly flint soil and deep green clay provide a unique expression to the Chenin Blanc varietal. The quality within this terroir brings freshness and minerality to its wines which express a refined structure supported by beautiful acidity. 

 Le Mont wines are often the estate's most reticent, but develop the  strongest perfume with age. Aroma of lemon and grapefruit notes as well  as fennel, anise and cumin hints, with characteristic mix of aromatic fruit  aromas with flint stone and volcanic basalt tones. Mineral-driven with a  crystalline purity, this is the precision we've come to rely on with Le Mont.
