Characteristics:
The grapes for Parusso Langhe Nebbiolo DOC come from several plots in the communes of Castiglione Falletto and Monforte d’Alba. Marco Parusso uses naturally occurring yeasts for alcoholic fermentation. The wine then matures for a further 12 months on the fine lees in French barriques.
Parusso Langhe Nebbiolo DOC offers a bouquet of fresh cut flowers, roses and ripe fruit. On the palate, it is elegant with notes of fruit, flowers, spices and soft tannins, making it inviting to drink from the first moment. It displays the classic aromatics of the variety, with notes of dried flowers, wild berries and a touch of liquorice, and can be enjoyed with pleasure while relatively young.
