LA CROIX FOURCADE vineyards lies in Saint-Étienne-de-Lisse area of Saint-Emilion. It refers to a super manor house in the eastern part of the medieval city.

The 8 hectare vineyard benefits from ideal sun exposure, providing favorable conditions for grape ripening.

Winemaking

Traditional winemaking process, LA CROIX FOURCADE is aged during 12 to18 months, 1/3 new oak barrels.

Tasting comments

Dark ruby color.The Merlot grape provides color and complex aroma ( ripe red and black fruit ) , rounded , very smooth tannins.

梅萄的成分使酒体呈深红宝石色，复合着成熟的红色水果和黑色水果香气，酒体圆润，单宁柔滑。

The Cabernet Sauvignon grape adds a touch of spice, rich tannins and complex aftertaste. Rich oak, caramel and ripe fruit aromas.赤霞珠增加了香料的味道，丰富的单宁和复杂的余味，丰富的橡木桶味道、焦糖和成熟水果香味。

The Cabernet Franc grape provides a delicate aroma, fresh, silky tannins, with a great ability for ageing.

Smooth in mouth, great pairing with meat. Full tannins, balanced length.

    品丽珠为酒体提供了细致的味道，新鲜、柔滑的单宁，具有非常强的时效性。入口柔滑、与肉类搭配最佳。单宁饱满、平衡悠长。
