背景知识:
居家办公（teleworking）可以降低个人的碳足迹（carbon footprint），把每天上下班所产生的碳排放降到低。它为雇员提供了灵活性，减轻了在职父母的负担，增加了员工的生产力并减少了旷工（absenteeism）。许多人在家工作，也有一些人使用移动通信技术在咖啡店办公，这些人被称作“游牧工作者”或“网络通勤者”（network commuter）。
