葡萄园
酒庄葡萄园分布在莫雷 - 圣丹尼的顶级一级园地块，地块朝向正东，土壤为黏土质石灰岩。葡萄藤平均树龄达 40 年，发达的深层根系能更好地汲取风土养分，强化风土表达。有机葡萄园管理模式保护了生物多样性与土壤健康，加之理想的海拔与温和的气候，为葡萄缓慢且均衡的成熟提供了绝佳条件。

酿造与陈酿
葡萄经手工筛选后，按地块进行部分去梗处理；发酵过程采用本土酵母自然发酵，同时进行轻柔压帽。酒款在橡木桶中陈酿 12 至 18 个月，仅使用少量新桶，以最大程度保留果实本身的风味。装瓶前不进行澄清与过滤处理，整个酿造过程聚焦于风土的纯粹呈现与酒款的细腻质感。

品酒笔记
外观明亮的宝石红色，泛着石榴红色光泽。香气精准，散发着酸樱桃、覆盆子的气息，伴有淡淡花香与细微辛香。入口柔和，单宁丝滑，清新感平衡得当，余韵悠长，带有矿物感与辛香气息。

饮用窖藏
饮用前需醒酒 1 小时，适饮温度为 15–17°C，以充分展现其丰富层次。
现饮需充分醒酒；若进行窖藏，可存放至 2035 年，届时将呈现更复杂的风味

Vineyard
The vineyard lies in top Premier Cru plots of Morey-Saint-Denis, with east-facing slopes and clay-limestone soils. Vines average 40 years in age, with deep root systems that enhance terroir expression. Organic vineyard management preserves biodiversity and soil health. The site benefits from an ideal altitude and a temperate climate, promoting slow and balanced ripening.

Vinification & Aging
Grapes are hand-sorted and partially destemmed by plot. Fermentation occurs naturally with indigenous yeasts and gentle cap management. Aging takes place in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months, with limited new oak to preserve fruit expression. Wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered. The process emphasizes terroir transparency and finesse.

Characteristics
Appearance: Bright ruby red with garnet reflections.
Nose: Precise aromas of sour cherry, raspberry, floral hints and subtle spice.
Palate: Delicate attack, silky tannins, well-balanced freshness, and a long mineral-spiced finish.

Serving&Aging
Decant one hour before serving. Serve at 15–17°C to best enjoy its nuances.
Enjoy now with aeration or cellar until 2035 for additional complexity.
