品酒笔记：酒液呈不透明的深樱桃红色，个性鲜明。香气浓郁，以蓝莓为主调，交织丁香等香料气息，散发雪松与焚香般的优雅木香。口感精致，单宁细腻紧实，入口后香气逐层绽放，余韵悠长。风格侧重优雅而非强劲，是橡木桶精心陈酿的典范。

配餐建议：单宁柔顺且果味充沛，适合搭配多种烤肉与野味（烤或烘培均可），亦能与烤蔬菜相得益彰，尤其推荐搭配烤乳羊。最佳侍酒温度 14-16°C。Vintage: 2022

Characteristics:Opaque, dark cherry red. A wine with lots of personality, richly aromatic (blueberries) with undertones of spices (clove) and a sublime note of fine wood reminiscent of cedar and incense. Interesting on the palate, with very fine, tightly woven tannins, fragrant as it unfolds in the mouth, very persistent. An emphasis on elegance rather than power. The result of careful oak ageing.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:Given its smooth tannin and fruit characteristics, the wine pairs beautifully with a wide range of meat and game recipes – either grilled or roasted – as well as roasted veggies. It pairs particularly well with roasted suckling lamb. Best served at 14–16°C.
