Characteristics:
Clear straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, limpidand brilliant. Fresh and flowery to the nose, of good intensity and persistence. In the mouth it is dry, bleasantly fresh and longlasting.The final sensation that reminds almonds is typical of the denomi-nation.

Pairings:
Appetizer, pasta and delicate risotto, seafood and white meat main dishes. Very pleasant with recipes based on greens. Anoptimum aperitif.
