In this research we proposed a knowledge creation model in cloud environment by considering three settings: individual, com-munity, and systems (patients or users, communities, organizations) all de-fined as community of business (CoB), in that they have cross-cutting con-cerns in the health service domain. The model has 5 dimensions: Behavioral factors (BF), Knowledge management system (KMS), Community of inquiry (CoI), Community of practice (CoP), and Cloud technology (CLT).
