At the foothills of the Massif Central, the 200 hectares of the AOP Cote Roannaise make up one of the very first delimited appellations of the Loire Valley. The soil, a blend of granite and porphyry, and the temperate climate correspond perfectly to the local Gamay Saint-Romain grape.

Family property since the 17th century, the domaine Sérol cultivates 27 hectares of vines. Certified Organic, the wines are full of freshness and the manual grape harvests allow a full expression of the terroir.

"Les Blondins" is a very special cuvée, being the fruit of a common passion between two great men that are Robert Sérol and the Michelin Chef, triply awarded Pierre Troisgros.
