创建于1962年,天梭酒庄一直在追求质量和风土的表达。1990年,Stephane Tissot接管了这个家族产业。现今,酒庄葡萄园占地35公顷,包括特别的风土地块,如 Les Bruyères, La Mailloche, En Barberon, Curon…葡萄采用生物动力法栽培,使土壤得以保持活力;天然酵母启动发酵,并减少酒窖中硫的使用。

Created in 1962, Domaine André et Mireille TISSOT is always searching for quality and an expression of the terroirs. In 1990, Stephane Tissot took over the familial estate. Today, the domaine covers 35 hectares of vineyard, including exceptional terroirs like Les Bruyères, La Mailloche, En Barberon, Curon…Vines are cultivated in bio-dynamic viticulture to allow the soils to live, the grapes to be untouched by chemical products, fermentations made with natural yeast, and to reduce the amount of sulphur used in the cellar.

Stéphane Tissot is a rebellious spirit who appropriates traditions while sublimating them. After studying Viticulture / Oenology, he joined his father in the family estate in 1989 (he is 19 years old!). First vintage in 1990. He gradually took over the management of the estate and adopted organic farming in1999, then went on to biodynamic farming (DEMETER certification) in 2004. Not through activism, but in search of ever more quality. For him, industrialization is the death of wine. It is its standardization. While natural wine offers surprises with each bottle, with each sip.

现今,15个人的团队常年在酒庄工作,以收获每公顷25百升的产量。追求香气的多样性促使酒庄酿造出28款精酿,表现出不同的风土特性,并且基于汝拉葡萄园的多样性而具有很多创新性,白葡萄品种------霞多丽和萨瓦涅,红葡萄品种------普萨,特卢梭和黑皮诺。酒庄有很多新项目,从新的精酿到像 Clos de la Tour de Curon 这样的葡萄园的重新种植,时刻谨记酒庄不断提高葡萄酒质量的理念。

Nowadays, there are 15 people who work year-round at the domaine in order to produce a harvest limited to 25 hectolitres per hectare. The quest for aromatic diversity has lead the domaine to produce 28 different cuvées, often terroir by terroir, with lots of innovations which take into account the incredible diversity of the vineyards of the Jura, with its white varietals - Chardonnay and Savagnin - and its reds - Poulsard, Trousseau and Pinot Noir. Finally, the domaine many new projects, from the creation of new cuvées to replanting vineyards like the Clos de laTour de Curon, without forgetting their desire to constantly increase the quality of the wines which is domaine’s principal motivation.
