这款出色的珍藏酒被酿造得就像它是一款特级酒。手工采摘后的丹魄和格拉西亚诺葡萄（占10%）在酒窖的分拣带上再次经过严格的手工挑选。只有最好的部分收获被轻微压榨。然后，不通过泵送而是利用重力，倒入大的法国橡木桶中。发酵后，珍藏酒款在法国和美国橡木桶的混合中陈酿24个月。装瓶后，葡萄酒在酒窖中再静置24个月，然后才由Vivanco销售。

This beautiful Reserva is made as if it were a grand cru. The tempranillo and graciano grapes (10%) are hand-picked and then rigorously selected a second time on a sorting conveyor in the cellar. Only the very best part of the harvest is gently crushed.

Subsequently, without harmful pumping but with the help of gravity, it goes into large vats of French oak. After fermentation, the Reserva matures for another 24 months in a mix of French and American oak. Once bottled, the wine rests for another 24 months in the cellars before Vivanco sells the wine.

Characteristics:Beautiful, complex Rioja, deep red in color, refined in aroma with ripe fruit tones, measured oak, and a slight spiciness. The taste is full, round, and well-balanced, ending with mild tannins.
