Characteristics:Our Riesling Brut combines the vibrant diversity of the Moselle terroir with the timeless elegance of traditional craftsmanship. It is made exclusively from selected Riesling grapes. Twelve months of bottle fermentation result in a sparkling and complex depth of flavor that is characterized by incomparable quality with every sip. The designation “Brut” characterizes the dry taste of this sparkling wine. It has just a hint of residual sugar. Its taste is characterized by its freshness and liveliness. Experience the invigoration of the taste buds through the aromas of citrus fruits, green apples and white peaches, which give the sparkling wine a fresh nuance. On the palate, you can taste an elegant and balanced sparkling wine with a fine mineral tone that reflects its origin from the steep slopes of the Mosel. This exceptional sparkling wine is the perfect accompaniment to special occasions, but is also a successful aperitif in combination with seafood, fish dishes or light appetizers. 这是银色高地的发展中又一项令人激动的项目:第一款 苹果酒发布!刚开瓶时香气被巧妙的抑制了,10 ~ 20 分钟的呼吸后,香气呈现出晒干的杏干和脆酸梅。口感 干爽连贯,多汁而成熟味道让人联想起黄苹果和桃子, 收尾时有着淡淡的矿物质和干草的香气徘徊。

Characteristics: Subtly restrained on first pass of the bouquet, with 20 minutes breathing, shows tones of a sundried apricot and other stone fruit aromas, the palate is inviting with round ripe mouthfeel conjuring delicate white pear and zesty acid. In the finish stony minerals and dried hay lingers.

An elegant sparkling wine with light lemon color and fine bubbles with intensity and persistence over time. Aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and honey, with a touch of brioche and rose notes. The mouthfeel is characterized by ripe lemon curd and baked Pastry notes complemented a by crisp acidity and a lasting finish.
