中国与冰岛建交50年来，双方在贸易、旅游、文化、教育、科研等诸多领域合作密切，取得了积极成果。为庆祝中冰建交50周年，进一步增进双方间的相互了解，大力弘扬当代中冰企业家在人生历程中展现出的自强不息、敬业奉献、顽强拼搏的精神，展示中冰企业家在推动中冰经贸合作等方面所作出的积极贡献，济南大学冰岛研究中心采访整理了15位致力于中冰经贸合作的中国和冰岛企业家的商业故事和创业故事。这15位企业家非常具有代表性，他们活跃在不同领域，是两国各行业中的翘楚。书中每一篇文章*是一个精彩的奋斗故事，讲述了每一位企业家艰辛的拼搏人生，或激励斗志，或启迪人生。

张守凤，女，博士，教授，济南大学社科处处长、济南大学冰岛研究中心主任，主要从事战略管理与国际问题研究工作。兼任*高等学校管理科学与工程类专业教学指导委员会委员、中国工业经济学会副理事长、中国劳动经济学会副秘书长。 近年来，主持国家自然科学基金、国家社会科学基金项目各1项，主持完成*人文社科及国别与区域研究项目、山东省自然基金、山东省社科基金等省部级科研项目10余项，在国内外各类学术期刊发表高水平学术论文30余篇，出版专著2部，获省市级科研奖励7项，获山东省科研管理先进个人称号，主持“西方经济学”国家双语教学示范课程、“宏微观经济学”*来华留学英语授课品牌课程。
