酿造工艺：采用博若莱传统酿酒方法酿造。这意味着把整串葡萄放在温度可控的大桶中浸泡一段时间 (5到7天)，为的是提取尽可能多的水果，并在选定的葡萄中获得颜色、香味和单宁的平衡。

Characteristics:

Colour: The colour is elegant and intense, of a beautiful ruby colour with purple hues.Nose: The nose is intense and charming, on the fruit with subtle aromas of raspberries, blackcurrant liqueur, black cherries black cherries, peonies, violets and spices.
Palate: In the mouth, it is a wine voluminous, round, tender and velvety with a pleasant hint of freshness. The aromatic palette is complex and very expressive.

Wine & Food Pairing:

This wine is to be enjoyed, from the third Thursday of November, on a platter of cheeses or charcuterie from the Beaujolais region, such as small goat's cheeses and dry sausage. It can also be enjoyed with fish or grilled meat, pizza, raclette or even chestnuts grilled over a wood fire.
