葡萄园笔记 采用位于海拔1050-1150米的Finca El Oasis庄园不同地块的葡萄酿制。这些葡萄园种植于2000 年，土壤浅层且多石，透水性好，有机质含量低。采用双蔓法培养的葡萄藤生长平衡（通过 平衡修剪等方法），并采用棚架培养，产量低。采用高效的滴灌和适当的树篱管理，以确保 适宜的成熟度。

 VINEYARD NOTES Made with grapes from different parcels of Finca El Oasis estate vineyards, situated at 1,050-1,150 metres  above sea level. These vineyards were planted in 2000 and their soils are shallow and rocky, with excellent  permeability and low organic material. The double-cordoned vines are balanced (through balanced pruning,  etc.) and trellis-trained, with low yield. Efficient drip irrigation and adequate canopy management are  employed to ensure suitable ripening.

Characteristics：Appearance: Bright pale yellow with greenish glints. Nose: Fruity bouquet led by green apple notes, with a hint of minerality. Palate: Fresh and young in the mouth, with fruit and mineral notes.
