这是银色高地的发展中又一项令人激动的项目：第一款 苹果酒发布！刚开瓶时香气被巧妙的抑制了，10 ~ 20  分钟的呼吸后，香气呈现出晒干的杏干和脆酸梅。口感 干爽连贯，多汁而成熟味道让人联想起黄苹果和桃子， 收尾时有着淡淡的矿物质和干草的香气徘徊。Vintage: 2022

Characteristics:  Subtly restrained on first pass of the bouquet, with 20  minutes breathing, shows tones of a sundried apricot and  other stone fruit aromas, the palate is inviting with round  ripe mouthfeel conjuring delicate white pear and zesty acid.  In the finish stony minerals and dried hay lingers.
