Domaine Fond Cypres is the project of Laetitia & Rodolphe Ourliac, who fell in love with this 18 hectares estate that they purchased in 1998. After 6 years of hard work, including the building of terraces and the organic conversion of the estate, Fond Cypres can eventually release its first wines. The vines grown are mainly Carignan, Syrah and Grenache for the reds, and Viognier, Grenache Blanc and Rousanne for the whites.

始于1998年，庄主Laetitia & Rodolphe Ourliac购下了约18公顷土地，在历经6年对葡萄园的建设及有机栽培，他们终于发布了第一批作品。酒庄以佳丽酿、西拉及歌海娜红为主，白葡萄酒则以维奥涅、白歌海娜及胡珊为主。
