JAESEOK CHOI, PhD, is a Full Professor at Gyeongsang National University. Dr. Choi is a senior member of the Korean Institute of Electrical Engineers (KIEE) since 2005 and is a fellow plus member of KIEE since 2018. Internationally, Dr. Choi is a senior member of IEEE since 2005. In addition, He is an active member of IEEE Power Engineering Society, participating in Reliability, Risk, and Probability Applications (RRPA) Subcommittee. He is an ITC member of Probabilistic Methods Applied to Power Systems (PMAPS) Conference since 2006.


KWANG Y. LEE, PhD, is a Professor and Chair of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Baylor University. He is active in the Intelligent Systems Subcommittee and Station Control Subcommittee of the IEEE Power and Energy Society. He is a co-editor if the Wiley titles Modern Heuristic Optimization Techniques: Theory and Applications to Power Systems (2005) and Application of Modern Heuristic Optimization Methods in Power and Energy Systems (2020).
