As a low-profile industrial leader of Champagne, with unrivaled taste, unassuming yet unconventional character, Pol Roger is the purveyor of Champagne to the British royal family at royal weddings and diplomatic banquets and was the all-time favorite of the late British PM, Sir Winston Churchill. In 1944, head of the Pol Roger Champagne family, Madame Odette Pol-Roger befriended Churchill with a bottle of 1928 Pol Roger vintage Champagne at a luncheon held by the British ambassador to France, marking the beginning of the association between the brand and Churchill. In 1975, to commemorate the 10-year anniversary of Churchill's death, Pol Roger released the eponymous Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill as a tribute to the friendship between Churchill and the Pol Roger family.

Only made in the very best vintages, Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill undergoes remuage (riddling) by hand during production, and the bottles are aged for 10 years before launch. During the dinner, lets witness the legendary 2013 Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill by Pol Roger together. We have chosen Meet the Bund, a riverside traditional Fujian cuisine with One Star Michelin award 2021-2022.

宝禄爵香槟位于香槟产区的埃佩尔奈（Epernay）镇，创建于 1849 年，创始人是来自 Aÿ 的香槟人宝禄爵（Pol Roger）。酒庄现有拥有 55 公顷的葡萄园，大多是在埃佩尔奈（Epernay）境内或周围。宝禄爵香槟酒是由产自埃佩尔奈（Epernay）18 个葡萄园的葡萄酿造而成。其珍藏香槟的寿命可长达 30 年甚至更久。　

该酒庄大概在上个世纪 30 年代，就决定不再使用橡木桶发酵，开始使用混凝土罐发酵，后来又使用不锈钢发酵罐。这些现代化设备可以通过控温设备来更好地保证发酵和澄清等环节的温度，从而得到更纯净、稳定、品质更好的发酵酒。宝禄爵酒庄是香槟地区最早如此变革的酒庄之一。　

Pol Roger was founded in 1849 in Champagne region Epernay by Pol Roger from Aÿ. The house owns 55 hectares of vineyard lands, with the majority located in or near Epernay. Pol Roger Champagne is composed exclusively of grapes sourced from 18 vineyards located in Epernay. Its reserve Champagne enjoys a lifespan as long as 30 years or even more.

The house decided to stop using oak for fermentation since around the 1930s and chose concrete tanks instead. Now, they prefer stainless steel. The modern equipment can guarantee the stability of temperature for fermentation and clarification through temperature control to yield more stable Champagne of higher purity and better quality. Pol Roger is one of the earliest estates in the Champagne region to embrace such change.

遇外滩地处上海外滩的十六铺码头，如今的这里已是上海迎接世界的第一窗口，作为一家闽菜的高级餐厅，遇外滩面对的是全球美食家们挑剔的眼光。

通过天花的垂纹铜板，把浦东的建筑与灯光斑驳倒影在上面，以弱化消失頂部的界线，墙体下方的发光玻璃灵感，來自闽南居民中最常見的勒脚形态，红色丝革面料的沙发，与当代家具的选入，使其与窗外夜景的搭配相互融合。

Meet the Bund is located by Shiliupu Wharf on the Bund in Shanghai which is positioned as the world’s foremost gateway to the city. As a high-end restaurant specializing in Fujian cuisine，it directly faces the discerning tastes of culinary connoisseurs from around the globe.

The ceiling is embellished with hammered copper，sheets to reflect Pudong’s architecture and lighting, subtly blurring the boundary overhead. The LED glass at the foot of the wall shas been inspired by the plinth commonly seen in residences in southern Fujian Province.
