Domaine Sylvain Cathiard et Fils 是勃艮第夜丘的家族拥有和经营的生产商。它以其来自Premier Cru和Grand Cru葡萄园的备受推崇、价格高昂的黑比诺而闻名。

酒庄的历史始于 Sylvain 的祖父，他于 1930 年代开始在勃艮第酿酒。 Sylvain 的父亲 André 于 1969 年接管了酒庄，并一直经营到 1980 年代 Sylvain 参与其中。在他最终接管家族葡萄园之前，他最初从他父亲和其他葡萄种植者那里租用了葡萄树包裹来酿造自己的葡萄酒。 2006 年，他的儿子塞巴斯蒂安也加入了他的行列，酒庄更名为 Domaine Sylvain Cathiard et Fils。所有的葡萄园工作都由 Sylvain 和他的妻子和儿子完成。

2021 Sylvain Cathiard Bourgogne Aligoté displays fresh, vibrant notes of lemon zest and a touch of smoky minerality on the nose. On the palate the clean, fresh, pure citrus fruit comes through in abundance while there is also the typical Cathiard depth and breadth that perfectly counterbalance the tauter nature inherent to the Aligoté grape variety.
