为了保持葡萄的新鲜度，我们在夜间的低温下采收成熟度刚好的葡萄。结合精选的醇香酵母在 中等至低温下进行发酵，酿造出香气馥郁，口感鲜明的霞多丽。发酵完毕后，葡萄酒保存于不 锈钢酒桶内，以保持酒液的明亮度和平衡度。Vintage: 2019

Characteristics:
Luminous pear and apple notes animated with aromas of lime and lemon.

Winemaking Notes：
The grapes were harvested during the low night temperatures at optimum ripeness to  preserve fruit freshness. The fermentation process was conducted at low to moderate  temperatures with carefully chosen aromatic yeast resulting in more fragrant wines with  expressive mouthfeel. After the fermentation process, the wines are held in stainless steel  tanks to preserve brightness and balance.
