与炙烤海鲂配新鲜草药和沙拉，海鲜意面或鲔鱼小牛肉非常相配。

Characteristics：Being the window to the Riesling world of Nik Weis, the dry Mosel Riesling represents the philosophy of Nik Weis, whose goal iS to produce authentic and unique wines that clearly Show the characteristics of their origin. Therefore, grapes are harvested carefully before being pressed at low pressure. The fermentation is done with indigenous yeasts only in order to keep as much of the Vineyard and its particular terroir as possible. No fining substances are used during the vinification process and wines are given all time they need to develop a full character and taste. The Mosel Riesling delivers a beautiful, refined acidity and shares a wide range of fresh fruit like peaches, limes, quinces, apples and ripe grapefruits, as well as a composition of dried spices. The slate and alluvial soils on which the vines grow lend the Mosel Riesling its lively and light character and a refined structure with a subtle minerality. 

A beautiful pairing for griled sea bream with fresh herbs and salad, seafood pasta or veal dishes such as Vitello Tonnato.

葡萄园： 猎人谷西拉（Shiraz）源自我们庄园及周边地区一些顶级地块的精选葡萄，其中大多数是旱地种植，平均藤龄为40年。

酿酒师笔记： 我们的猎人谷西拉按照与旗舰产品Vat 9西拉相同的高标准制作。果实去梗但未压碎，以确保尽可能多的整粒葡萄进入发酵罐。然后，葡萄酒在较老的大型法国橡木桶中陈酿。这些2700升的桶能够突出果实的纯净度，同时确保橡木不会成为主导风味。

品酒笔记： 这是一款现代风格的、中等酒体的澳大利亚西拉。香气中展现出明亮的红色水果和咸香的香料，这些风味在口感上也有所体现。主要的、明亮的水果风味与柔和的咸香单宁和松脆的酸度相平衡，增加了葡萄酒的复杂性。

Vineyard：Hunter Valley Shiraz is sourced from a selection of some of our top blocks on the estate and  surrounding area, most of which are dry grown and averaging 40 years in vine age.  

Winemaker’s Notes：Our Hunter Valley Shiraz is made to the same high standards that our flagship Vat 9 Shiraz receives.  The fruit was destemmed, but not crushed, to ensure as many whole berries as possible made it to the  fermenter. The wine was then matured in older, large format French oak casks. These 2,700L casks  highlight the fruit purity whilst making sure that oak isn’t the dominant character.

Characteristics: A modern, medium-bodied Australian Shiraz. The nose shows bright red fruits and savoury spice,  which follows onto the palate. Primary, bright fruits balanced by soft, savoury tannins and a  crunchy acidity adds to the wine’s complexity.
