Characteristics：Its smoky-spicy-floral nature is already a clear proof of the origin of the wine: citrus fruits, elderberry, lilac, violets and melon meet mineral, tarry-ashy notes and merge into an intense impression that continues to concentrate on the palate. This is where the firm and tightly woven structure of the Riesling and its location emerge, resulting in a silky elegance and great finesse. The long reverberation of the wine offers sufficient space for the development of the entire density and depth.

Food Pairing：Dishes such as turbot with beurre blanc, lobster with spicy mayonnaise, ceviche, kidneys with Pommery mustard sauce or Zurich schnitzel round off the taste experience.

This wine has very elegant floral notes with elegant aromas of oak and fresh fruit. Good texture. Full-bodied wine with excellent balance. The combination of linden flowers and almonds gives the wine a long finish.

Food suggestions: The wines are subtle and mineral, which complement the multi-flavour dishes. Overall, this Grand Garden is perfect with white meat and seafood.

Serving and cellaring: Serving temperature is recommended at 11 to 13°C.(52°F - 55°F)

This first class garden of Chablis "Les Vaillons" can be enjoyed when fruity. However, it is also suitable for cellaring for 5 to 10 years to enjoy different flavors.
