作者简介

Frauke Kraas received her doctorate in 1991 and has been working in Myanmar since 1996, living there for two years and travelling almost the entire country for her research.
Regine Spohner received her doctorate in Bonn in 2004 and has been working at the Institute of Geography in Cologne since then, focusing her research projects on Myanmar.
Jörg Stadelbauer received his doctorate and in 1979 his teaching certification. His work focuses on cultural geography, Russia, the Caucasus and Central Asia. He has visited Myanmar many times since 1996.
