波玛埃佩诺一级园独占园（Pommard 1er Cru ‘Clos des Epeneaux’）为单一酒庄独占地块（monopole），即由一位生产者拥有整个葡萄园。最终成酒由多个不同树龄的地块混酿而成，葡萄藤树龄最高可达 100 年。葡萄在开放式木质发酵罐中发酵，在橡木桶中陈酿 18 个月（含 30% 新桶），不经过过滤处理。

品酒笔记：
闻香中富含红果气息（覆盆子、樱桃），点缀着些许花香。入口后单宁丝滑，酸度鲜活，兼具充足的风味深度与余韵，具备超过十年的瓶中陈年潜力。

Viticulture & Vinification:
The  Pommard 1er Cru ‘Clos des Epeneaux’ is a monopole where one producer owns the entire vineyard. The final wine is a blend of several plots with different vine ages up to 100 years old. The grapes are fermented in open top wood tanks. Ageing in barrels for 18 months with 30% of new oak. No filtration.

Characteristics：
The wine abounds with red fruits on the nose (raspberry and cherry) and floral hints. The palate has silky tannins and racy acidity possessing both the depth and length for further ageing in bottle for over ten years.
