At the end of the Ice Age, the glaciers in the southern foothills of the Alps melted, forming the largest inland lake in Italy, the Lago di Garda. The scenery along the lake is prepossessing, with towering cliffs on one side and a rippling blue lake on the other. The coastal towns are small yet exquisite, ancient yet graceful. The town is almost like a hushed corner forgotten by the hustle and bustle of the world.

The theme of this master’s class, Verona, originates from the village of Bardolino southeast of the azure Lago di Garda, passing through the increasingly fascinating starred production area of Valpoli and stretching to the village of Soave in the east. Here is the hometown of Romeo and Juliet. The hills are spreading with scaffolding vines and luxuriantly green cypress trees, scattered among rows of villas in the countryside, forming a pleasingly ingenious painting of Verona.

Here, Bardolino pink, which is full of romantic feelings, pleases women, and it is a wiser choice to choose Soave Classico from Soaves of uneven quality. The soul of Verona is hidden in Valpoli, which stretches over four hills. Ancient Greeks translated it as "many cellars." Since the mid-12th century, the place has been known for its long history of wine making here. The mountainous area to the west is called the "classic" production area of Valpolicella and it is the small production area in the Valpoli production area that has the longest history.
