品酒笔记：酒液呈皮科塔樱桃红色（Picota cherry red，皮科塔樱桃为西班牙特色品种，色泽鲜亮），因陈化带有砖红色边缘。色泽浓度中高。香气极具表现力，散发香脂般气息与烤辣椒风味，伴有黑色水果香气；背景中还能捕捉到法国橡木桶陈酿带来的烘烤与辛香风味。入口酒体中高，单宁浓度明显，为酒款赋予清晰结构与包裹感的醇厚质地。得益于葡萄的长时间成熟，单宁口感柔和，中段风味顺滑、优雅且富有层次。余韵悠长、清新且持久。

与精致红肉菜肴搭配堪称完美，尤其适合搭配以青椒等香料为基底的酱汁类红肉料理。

Characteristics:
Picota cherry red color with a brickcolored rim as a result of its evolution. Medium-high layer. On the nose notable for its intensity, balsamic, notes of roasted pepper, black fruits, on a background of toasted and spicy products from its aging in French oak barrels. At the entrance of the mouth, medium-high body with a tannic concentration present that gives it structure and an enveloping fat. The tannins are soft thanks to the long ripening of the grape that gives it a smooth, elegant and complex mid palate. Long, fresh and persistent finish.

Pairs perfectly with fine, red meat dishes, particularly when accompanied by sauces built around spices like green pepper.
