品酒笔记：酒液呈迷人的深樱桃红色，泛着柔和的温暖烘烤光泽。香气清新明朗，散发着野生灌木丛的花香与黑莓果酱的黑果气息，底层伴有烟熏、烘烤的底调（含咖啡香气）。口感饱满丝滑，如天鹅绒般柔顺；酒体结构扎实，兼具鼎级葡萄酒的厚重感，得益于优质陈酿带来的清新辛香橡木气息，层次丰富。

配餐建议：香草和咸味肉类，熏肉;淡味切达干酪，布里干酪，曼切哥干酪

Characteristics： Lovely dark cherry red colour with subtle warm toasty glints. Clean aromatic expression, with notes of flowers (wild scrub) and black fruit (blackberry jam) over smoky, toasty undertones (coffee). Luscious and wonderfully velvety. Well-constructed and with the substance of a great wine, supported by the clean, spiced oak from its good ageing.
