● The dictionary features 9 thematic units categorized by what’s common in nature and daily life, progressing from what is near at hand to understand oneself, to more distant things to comprehend the world.

● It explains ancient forms of characters to reveal their original meanings and extended meanings, facilitating a better understanding of modern Chinese.

● About 2500 of the most frequently used characters are organized into groups based on the same radicals, phonetic components, or similar forms. Simplify the complex and follow the similar.

● About 4000 of the most frequently used words are listed under the corresponding characters, with most of them illustrated, making the learning process enjoyable.
