陈剩勇，浙江工商大学公共管理学院院长，西湖学者特聘教授，兼任浙江省政协常委、浙江省哲学社会科学重点研究基地——地方政府与社会治理研究中心主任。主要从事政治学、公共行政学和历史学研究，在中国地方政府与治理、政治发展理论、协商民主理论、中国地方民主、民间商会与NGO、中国制度史等领域均有建树。主要专著有《组织化、自主治理与民主》等。
