2022年1月15号星期六，坐标上海葡道武康庭店，高柏丽酒庄Château Haut-Bailly与葡道联合为您呈现波尔多左岸的名庄——高柏丽酒庄的垂直品鉴会，该酒庄中国区酒庄代表江沁届时将为您倾情分享。高柏丽酒庄位于格拉夫地区核心产区佩萨克-雷奥良，酒庄在此产区常年排名前三。20 世纪时期 《黄金时代》称其为唯一能和波尔多一级庄齐名的列级庄。

This is the first Wechat message for the new year in 2022. First of all, we wish you a happy New Year! We held dozens of tasting parties, master classes and dinner parties in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen over the past year. The gathering with numerous wine lovers is our largest harvest in 2021. In the new year, we will live up to your expectations and forge ahead.

On Saturday, January, 15, 2022, Château Haut-Bailly will work with Pudao Wines to introduce five wines of different years from the Left Bank of Bordeaux. Jiang Qin, the representative of Château Haut-Bailly in China, will lead you to enjoy the taste of wine and recall its long history.

The party will be conducted in Wukangting Shop of Pudao Wines in Shanghai. Only 12 seats are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The price is 388 yuan/person.

高柏丽酒庄，地处法国最古老的地区-- 格拉夫地区的核心产区，佩萨克-雷奥良产区，格拉夫杰出的列级名庄，占地 30 公顷。酒庄历史悠久，自12 世纪起，已经有高柏丽葡萄园的存在，是波尔多稀有 6 百年没有改变过面积的古老历史名庄。历任庄主有波尔多市长，议会元，“波尔多种植之父”，曾发明 : “波尔多液”喷壶专项发明，“巴斯特杀菌”机器，以及第一个发现，根瘤芽病的 防治方法: 美国葡萄藤上嫁接法国葡萄藤， 拯救了当时全世界的葡萄藤的伟大发明家。

Château Haut-Bailly situates Pessac-Leognan - the oldest core producing area of Grave in France. It is a well-known and centuries old chateau of Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Class, covering an area of 30 hectares. Its vineyard date as early as the 12th century. The Château Haut-Bailly is no other than an archaic brand that has never been changed over the past six hundred years. The master that has successively held this chateau include the mayor of Bordeaux and senators. The father of planting in Bordeaux invented the Bordeaux mixture sprinkling can and flash pasteurization machine. He was also the first to discover the method to prevent anbury by grafting American grape vine onto the French grape vine, saving all grape vines around the world.

如今酒庄拥有 4 公顷的百年老藤，100-130 岁高龄，并且是波尔多唯一有 6 个葡萄品种，混合种植的百年老藤( 赤霞珠，品丽珠，小维可多，美乐，马尔贝可， 佳美娜)。

20 世纪时期 « 黄金时代 »，高柏丽酒庄是唯一一个，能和波尔多一级庄齐名，平分秋色的列级庄。在一本记录波尔多顶级名庄，出版几百年历史的葡萄酒杂志中， 曾找到一副珍藏插画，画中证明高柏丽酒庄是唯一一个，不是一级庄，却和一级庄齐名的列级名庄，并授予独一无二 « Cru Exceptionnel»  顶级名庄的称号。

Now the Château Haut-Bailly has a 4-hectare land planting old vines that have been growing for more than one hundred years. The age of each tree is about 100-130. Furthermore, this is only one chateau that plants six grape varieties in Bordeaux for more than one hundred years (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Malbec and Carmenère).

During the golden age of the 20th century, Château Haut-Bailly is the only chateau that is on a par with the First Growth of Bordeaux. A wine magazine that was published several hundred years ago and recorded top-level chateaus of Bordeaux carried an illustration, which showed the Château Haut-Bailly as the only chateau that is not listed as the First Growth but enjoys equal reputation and is rated as Cru Exceptionnel. 

在法国五百到六百年历史的尼古拉酒窖， 多个上世纪的价目表证明，高柏丽酒庄曾经比 一级庄还要珍贵( 参考 1878 年波尔多一级庄与高柏丽的价目表)。而现任美国金融庄主家族 Robert Wilmers 家族，曾是美国 M&T 银行 CEO，2012 年被誉为美国金融之父，并曾被法国前总理颁发荣誉勋章。

在家族带领下，高柏丽酒庄 2009 年满分酒，2010 年近期也被评为满分，而 2015 年在整个波尔多左岸排第五位，2018 年和一级庄红颜容酒庄，只差零点一分……而在佩萨克-雷奥良产区，常年排前三。被曾培养出法国三任总统的政治经济学教授，分析为最具潜力，性价比，能和一级庄抗衡的潜力股名庄。

In the Nicolay cellar of France that has been in existence five to six hundred years finds the price lists of the last century, which indicates that Château Haut-Bailly used to be more valuable than the First Growth (according to the price lists of Bordeaux First Growth and Château Haut-Bailly in 1878). Robert Wilmers, the present owner of Robert Wilmers and CEO of M&T Bank, was hailed as the American financial father in 2012, and awarded the Medal of Honor by the previous French prime minister.

Led by the family of Robert Wilmers, the Château Haut-Bailly got a full mark in 2009 and 2010. It ranked the fifth in the Left Bank of Bordeaux in 2015, and was only second to Haut-Brion by 0.1 in 2018. In Pessac-Leognan, it usually ranks among the top three. The professor of political economy that has cultivated three French presidents commented that Château Haut-Bailly is believed to be the most potential and cost-effective wine, and rivals the First Growth.
