土壤与种植:位于北向斜坡的自有葡萄园,土壤由格雷瓦克砾石(称为Grasmere Gravels)和粉砂壤层构成。1985年栽种(大部分为未经嫁接的自根苗)
酿造与熟成:10% 的葡萄采用整串发酵,以自然发酵方式进行,发酵期间每日淋皮两次。压榨酒与自流酒分开处理,转入勃艮第产橡木桶(新桶比例 30%)中进行苹果酸 - 乳酸发酵(MLF)。熟成后进行调配,随后在法国橡木桶中陈酿 18 个月(新桶比例 30%)。
品酒笔记:散发着黑莓、树莓、黑樱桃的芳香,并交织着巧克力和肉桂的复杂气息。瓶陈后增添了烤肉类和烤蘑菇等烘烤风味。单宁如丝绸般顺滑,余韵悠长且带有辛香,尽显精致口感。

Soil & Viticulture: Estate-owned north-facing vineyard on Grasmere Gravels soil – layers of Greywacke gravel and silt loam. Planted in 1985 (majority own-rooted vines).
Vinification & Maturation: 10% whole-bunch fermentation. Native yeast fermentation with twice-daily punch-downs. Free-run juice and press wine were separated before transfer to Burgundian oak barrels (30% new) for malolactic fermentation (MLF). Post-maturation blending. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels (30% new).
Characteristics:Aromas of blackberry, raspberry, and black cherry interwoven with complex notes of chocolate and cinnamon. Bottle aging develops savory notes reminiscent of roasted meats and grilled mushrooms. Features silky tannins and a long, spicy finish that delivers refined elegance.
