何北剑，1959年12月出生。辽宁大学中文系毕业。高级记者。先后在《辽宁日报》《沈阳日报》任职。从业30多年来一直以全球化目光关注地方事物，并以此理念长期报道地方经济改革的重大态势，同时关注民生问题。
